It was huge because the homes furnace came on but was not working properly and it was discovered that the house needed a completely new furnace, this a replacement can range from $2500-$5000 so very important. Buying a home in the winter has its draw backs when it comes to inspections but he did a great job despite the snow and cold temps. Hire this man I don't think there is many who will be this honest with you. He looked at everything and advised when a specialist was needed."

"I m a first time home buyer. Per the requirement of my lender I needed a mold inspection. I was not aware that this company was not local, nor was I aware that Delaware real estate was dissimilar to surrounding states. The inspector Sean showed up to the house and could not get in. Apparently inspectors in Delaware have a Supra key to get into the key boxes in Delaware or you get a code. Sean called me and yelled at me for not knowing about the key, he continued to call the neighborhood I was moving to shitty and told me thanks for wasting his time. Eventually he was able to get into the house via the sellers agent. Because I needed the inspection done pronto, I did not argue, but I was furious. Buy local that is all I can say!"
