Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Garden Prairie, IL

"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. They are awesome! I rate them 10 out of 10."

"Gardner services were excellent. Very professional, thorough and courteous. Highly recommended."

"Brett was very accomodating, professional and give us some good tips and recommendations after the mold test he has conducted for us."

"Overall was good for what the service is. The technician was a postal worker and home inspector. So mold test company appears to be brokers. Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do. But like I said the price was pretty standard from the companies I called, in my opinion. But the technician was attentive and knowledgeable, and friendly."

"Had good experience. I have addressed my concerns regarding our recent kitchen remodeling and Todd made sure to check everything and assure me if our house is fire hazard free."

"Hi all! Matt is EXCELLENT!!!! Matt meticulously walked through 3,740 sf of a home I'm looking to buy as well as the garage and roof and fine tooth inspected the house for us. Matt was VERY THOROUGH! I was left with nothing but confidence after the inspection. My husband and I were well educated on the heating units in the home, what we could expect, when we could expect things to go bad. It was a great experience! Matt provided great advice on how to proceed with a few of the minor situations in the inspection. We def experienced a WOW-factor with Matt's service. I could praise him all day. If you need your home inspected - call Matt!!!! His services far exceeds his pricing."

"Jason has been a pleasure to work with. He provided us with a detailed work plan on how he was going to eliminate the mold. He was very clear on what needed to be done and followed through to ensure everything was completed. He explained he would do a manual application of chemicals to the wood beams and two types of fogging to clear it up. He had air quality samples taken before and after the fogging and shared the results in a timely manner. He assured me if results did not guarantee the mold was eliminated, he would repeat all testing measures until resolved at no charge. Luckily the mold is gone. He is an honest and reliable businessman! I would highly recommend his services. He did an excellent job, is trustworthy and is reasonably priced. Howard"

"They were able to come out to my place the very next day after I requested an inspection for my attic. Was impressed with their work but also communication. I would highly recommend if you have any mold issues!"

"Fantastic! Highly recommended Tony and the team. Had a home inspection uncover basement "mold" issue. Had quote which seemed very high and included work that seemed unnecessary from another vendor for ~$3K. Healthy Home came out and quickly concluded there was NO mold but did offer to do a test for $250-$300 that would confirm this (if needed) or for peace of mind. They admitted the test would confirm what they were saying- mold was not present on the fiberglass insulation under the plastic. it was simply dirt and replacing the dirty insulation would take care of the black appearance. There was no danger and no mold. TONY you are fantastic, honest and dependable and you saved a senior citizen from spending $3K unnecessarily. It's great to see there are still dependable honest vendors out there! Call them for a FAIR and HONEST bid on your work."
