The home inspector did not see any evidence of possible mold at the house, so we did not schedule a mold test. This showed me that---by turning down a request for a mold inspection with ASAP until the home inspector's evaluation---they have the integrity to walk away from an appointment request from a ready, willing, and able customer until there is reasonable evidence there could be mold at a property. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
