All of the damaged materials were removed which allowed the plumbers to repair the water leaks that were causing the mold. "I can't say enough about Joe and Frank. They know their business. The mold problem was remediated quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Failsafe, they were neat, clean, and safe. The containment area was impressive with negative air pressure maintained to avoid spreading spores. This is a big job, with multiple aspects to repair the crack in the outside wall to prevent further issues. Failsafe accomplished its portion flawlessly. The mold and musty smell is gone."

"Air Advantage came out to my home to inspect a mold problem. After the initial consultation and after the problem being discussed with me I received a quote. When the actual work was done it was not as bad as originally thought by Air Advantage and me. Air Advantage lowered their final bill by 33%. When mold is present a company can use scare tactics to get the consumer to pay the piper; however, with Air Advantage this was not the case. Their people are professional, courtesy and honorable, which is admirable in this day and age."
