"Greg was fantastic I would highly recommend him if you ever need asbestos abatement"

"Charles was invaluable to our project. We called him before starting a renovation because we live in an old house and wanted to make sure there was not asbestos in the walls before tearing them down. He took asbestos samples and luckily there was no asbestos. However, when he was here, he noticed mold all along the floor edges in the sunroom. He took samples of the mold and the air. He also suspected mold in the air handler to our HVAC. He was extremely thorough in his inspection of our home. Sure enough, there was mold present. He helped us find a mold remediation expert and supervised the job. When the mold remediator was finished, Charles found a spot that they missed so was able to facilitate bringing the remediator back to complete the job. Charles goes above and beyond in terms of his availability, his involvement throughout the job, his willingness to provide advice and his help in working with contractors. He is extremely knowledgeable. In addition to the above work, he is now helping us with post renovation cleanup. Our general contractor removed fiberglass insulation without proper precautions, so our entire upstairs is covered in fiberglass dust. Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

"Thank you Home Advisor for having Ace Cleaning Restoration as a recommendation. Project: Test for Toxic Materials & Mold Mr. Arman was very informative even before he came to our home to inspect our dilemma. His initial service was "free". After checking all the possible options, he offered three (3). We followed his recommendation. Excellent service and professional advice. Ray C. in Clifton, NJ"

"Great experience. This company was honest, prompt, and efficient. They found and remediated a significant asbestos problem at my daughters first house in North New Jersey. They did not try to take advantage of her, as is all too common in this industry. The fee was very fair and took care of the job very quickly. I found out about this company from someone who uses AAA for large commercial projects, and he has the same experience. We recommend AAA Lead Professionals for any residential or commercial projects involving lead or asbestos! Thank you Joe!!"

"When I needed urgent asbestos removal in my multi-room basement, All Solutions Contracting Inc. demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, efficiency, and proficiency – qualities that should be synonymous with their name. Mr. Arcila responded to my short-notice request with remarkable speed, scheduling an estimate for the very next day. He arrived early, conducted a comprehensive inspection, and clearly explained the process. The quote was fair, and the work was completed on January 31, 2024, exactly as promised, with exceptional cleanup. Beyond the excellent work, Mr. Arcila's commitment to customer service truly stood out. When a town permit question arose, threatening my closing, he personally went to the town clerk to resolve the issue. This level of proactive, problem-solving is rare and invaluable. For reliable, professional contracting services, I highly recommend All Solutions Contracting Inc." - JLC"

"Christian is very knowledgeable, helpful, fair, and thorough. He tested our air quality for mold, asbestos, and lead. He is not trying to upsell you but gives you an honest assessment of what’s going on and options you have to address them. Also, from my research, his services are very fairly priced."

"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
