"Gary was efficient, polite, prompt and understanding. He took 5 samples for mold. The results were positive in two of the five sections he tested. The rating I gave was 4 stars as I am still awaiting a report from him, before I can move on with having another company come in and due the actual mold removal. He also needs to do a "post test". I am sure he is worthy of 5 stars and would recommend him/his company."

I contacted Undaunted Restoration on 10.14, provided detail, pictures and video, received the quote the same day and was able to schedule the project the very next day.
