Well... we found mold in the ducts. When Gary popped open the supply box, he found a replaceable filter we didn't even know existed, that had fallen through, not filtering anything. And, the edges of the supply boxes were flapping in the outside air, just letting in pollen and who knows what al. Gary had to rebuild some of it, re insulate some of it, re tape and seal some of it.
