"From start to finish, RMS helped make my mold remediation go smoothly. Always quick to answer questions and concerns. Workers showed up on time and were professional. I would hire this company again, if needed."

"Pete came out to look at our mold situation and determined that it was more related to lack of air circulation around an area of bare concrete than to actual moisture incursion. He spent almost an hour looking into the areas that could be suspicious and did not find problems other than the area that we first noticed mold. The odor we are experiencing is more likely related to a varmint intrusion that was rectified earlier. Great suggestions to cure odor and absolutely no pressure. A “breath of fresh air” in the service business. I would definitely call him again. You should too."

"Our town of approximately 1800 had a FEMA designated disaster flood. Ben and helper showed up right on time. Long drive to get here. All local mold businesses very busy. Both were very pleasant and knowledgeable. Went right to work. Took pictures that were sent to me—which are needed to turn in to FEMA for disaster relief aid. Drained the ductwork of the flood water, which will make it much easier on the HVAC fellow who is going to replace the ductwork. Put down a vapor barrier. Sprayed mold/mildew killer that is not harmful to humans…and has a very pleasant smell. Guaranteed for 5 years. I was very impressed. I hope to never have another flood, but if we do and I need the mold removed, I’m calling these guys again!"

"The Mold Specialist came to my house pretty quickly. He was very helpful and informative on what I should do about the mold in my attic. Cheaper than the others I have dealt with, I would highly recommend the Mold Specialist to anyone wanting mold removal. I give him 5 stars! I would give him 6 if I could."

"This was the most professional, friendly and knowledgeable experience I have had in years! The amazing customer service starts with Amber and the professional friendly service concluded with Dustin. Not only did I receive excellent service, it was timely and affordable. This is a family owned business and it shows by the attention to detail and their hands on caring attitude. I highly recommend them for good service, comfortable friendly attitude, knowledge and experience and for a job well done. You won’t find anyone better!"

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"We were glad that Ricky is in charge of our water and mold remediation! He is professional and goes out of his way to help us! He communicated very well and made everything stress free for us! Great job."
