Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Jefferson, GA

"Sure, here is a friendlier version of the review: --- I recently bought a house in Atlanta, and I never expected it to bring so many challenges. When we started remodeling, we found mold in the crawlspace, asbestos in the siding, and on the roof. Luckily, after a lot of research and checking with previous clients, I decided to go with Es America. They specialize in asbestos removal, but they also handle water damage, French drains, and all things remediation. My first call was answered by Sarah, who was incredibly sweet and knowledgeable. She guided me through the entire permitting process without any pressure to use their services. They fixed the mold issue in the crawlspace, did an crawlspace encapsulation and removed all the Asbestos, and recommended a reliable contractor for the siding and roof replacement. I can't thank the team at Es America enough for their help. Special thanks to Jacob, Mera, Kevin, and Michael â you all deserve an A+. 100% recommend!"

"Very prompt service. Thorough in the process"

"The first treatment did not completely destroy enough mold to yield a positive test result. Bobby and the crew had the results before I did and he had additional treatments scheduled before I know the house had failed the test. The second set of treatments did the trick. Great work."

"They were very professional and I trust their results and what they did to get to their conclusion. They emailed a very long and detailed report and also gave us an affordable solution we can do to get the mold out of our home."

"Please make sure that your representative looks over your whole house. I was very displeased that I kept finding areas that they did not look for mold. I think since they were the mold specialist they should have done a better job of finding the mold. They promise to come back and address the mold that was not done I hope their promise is kept or my concerns will be taken to the next level because my money is of value to me and I expect quality service."

"The job was done correctly and in timely manner. Customer Service was good on followup to ensure I had the assurance I needed on the mold removal project I had them do. My only concern is that I talked to three diferent people and received a different understanding on what was being done and when. Also there was a miss understanding what I needed to have replaced to ensure the mold did not return. I am now trying to get a price on both supply boxes from my HVAC person to compare with Pure. Depending on what the costs will be I will decide whether to have Pure install or my HVAC company."
