Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in King William, VA

"Ed and his wife provided excellent service with a recent asbestos abatement in my home. They are very hardworking and went above and beyond by also getting to the bottom of a suspected mold issue in the house. After discovering there was mold in the walls and taking the samples for testing, black molds (stachybotrus and chaetomeum) were confirmed. Highly recommend… without Ed’s involvement in identifying the source and type of the toxic molds, I would still be suffering with a mold allergy which was making me very ill. I’ve also never had a contractor clean up so well before (literally not a trace he was ever in the home). I had a need for some additional support and Ed always is available to get on a call to assist in anyway he can and is very knowledgeable. Thank you so much for everything you did to ensure my health was top priority."

"They responded promptly to my request. Arrived pn time. Did a thorough cleaning. Very respectful of items in the house. They were pleasant and very professional . The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them to people who are considering their services."

"The master teach was highly informative in explaining the science of the terms. I had previously hired another company and was left confused. "Once contacted, Gregory Paxson provided timely and very professional mold and remediation services. Besides finding mold in several areas of the home, he also discovered the cause of the mold. All of the damaged materials were removed which allowed the plumbers to repair the water leaks that were causing the mold. Mr Paxson then was able to remove and replace the damaged insulation in the crawl space. During that work, he also discovered an additional structural problem that had to be addressed. In summary, Mr Paxson successfully completed removing the mold, conducting microbial remediation steps, replacing the damaged insulation, and installing a new crawl space vapor barrier ."

"I can't say enough about Joe and Frank. They know their business. The mold problem was remediated quickly and efficiently at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Failsafe, they were neat, clean, and safe. The containment area was impressive with negative air pressure maintained to avoid spreading spores. This is a big job, with multiple aspects to repair the crack in the outside wall to prevent further issues. Failsafe accomplished its portion flawlessly. The mold and musty smell is gone."

"Quick response and professional service."

"Enthusiastically recommend Shabazz and Sons for superb customer service, professionalism, and fantastic work product. I will definitely use the company in the future."

"World of Color totally transformed the look of my home. We went from being the most embarrassing looking house on the street to looking fresh, polished, and beautiful. The crew was prompt, they worked hard, and did a great job cleaning and painting the house. I enjoyed working with Daniel to select the colors and was relieved not to have to worry about anything more stressful than that. Daniel also offered to include our shutters in the estimate and give us a discount for ordering the shutters and paint together. We let WOC do both projects at a significant savings to us. Would work with them again, no doubt!"

"We attended a dinner to be introduced to the products of Quality Eco Technology (QET) last week. The lively and dynamic presenter (Dale Wood) provided us with impressive information about household problems and solutions. We agreed to invite QET's regional representative (Jason Gamse) to inspect and evaluate any problems in our home. With clarity, experience, and effectiveness, he explained all the necessary steps and costs to us. The inspection revealed some problems, like mold, lack of insulation, and unwanted chemicals in the water. Jason took pictures of all problem sites. We agreed to a very decent discount. The next day, the friendly and efficient crew, Darrick and Travis, arrived on time, and began the jobs promptly. In the attic we had some multi-layer insulation added to some trouble spots, mold treatment, and a solar fan installed. A mold block was put in the crawl space. We also had a whole house water filtration system and the pro-biotic system installed. Each installation was clearly explained as to purpose, warranty, and maintenance requirements. Upon completion, each area was removed of debris and cleaned. All in all, the experience from dinner to inspection and recommendations to the final installations was a pleasurable experience and made our home (and us) more healthy. Five stars!"
