"Rick was very professional and helpful when he came to our home to assess the property for mold, lead, and asbestos. He walked us through every step of the process, making sure we understood what needed to be done and why. I felt very comfortable asking him questions and he was very open and forthcoming about what he found in our home. He also worked us in with very short notice, which I really appreciated. I would recommend this company to anybody! You will get your time and money's worth."

"I highly recommend Mike Flowers and his team for your inside home health. My fiancé’ has major lungs issues and is on oxygen 24/7. He ended up in the hospital for a month came home and 4 days later he was back in the hospital again with more lung issues. I felt it had to be environmental so called and had mold test done only to find out we had MAJOR black mold spore and yeast spore issues. These were causing my fiancés lung issues to worsen. Mike promptly jumped in and saved the day. After his process we were mold and yeast spores free. Fiancé is doing great, it’s now been 2 months and no hospital visits or stays! I can’t thank Mike and my we his crew enough for their affordability, caring, reliable, professionalism, and complete knowledge of how to handle our situation. Life is good and now healthier! Thank you Mike and team!"

"I met the owners of the company upon my return home from a business trip.  My wife chose CAT Services, at 3:30 AM, based solely upon the reviews she read!  The business owners shared with me next steps and they were very sensitive to the fact that it was the week of the Christmas holiday.  We asked them to begin work right away;  which they did.  We loved the clean up crew;  mature, knowleadgeable and responsible team of gents that were very kind to my wife.  We trusted the entire team COMPLETELY AND LEFT THEM WITH A KEY TO ENTER THE HOME WHILE WE WERE NOT PRESENT DURING THE DAY.  No issues at all!

Before any work was done, the CAT team was keen to make us aware of proposed work schedules and they were always responsive to any requests we made of them.  However, the craftsmanship of the work crews was tremendous; tile, sheet rock, hard wood floors and the painters were unbelievable; not a drop of paint on the floors/carpets and they used high quality paints.  Place looks terrific!

When the work was near completion, I expected a lag in the final work efforts getting completed.  I judged incorrectly.... as busy as the CAT Services team is, they made sure to stay on the job until completion and I was totally satisfied.  They did a number of walk through inspections prior to our official close out / end of job.

If something of this nature comes up yet again in my future, I would only consider CAT Services.  That is how strongly I feel about the work ethic and integrity of the owners and their team of works but for the end results of all their work.  I bought a John Wieland model home some fourteen years ago.  It never looked as good when I moved in as my home looks today!  I hope I don't require CAT Services ever again ... but if I do, I will only on them to help me with my home recovery work efforts.

Sincerely,

Fred Merkel"

"Rich came out and did an inspection at no charge, he did find mold in our basement utility room. Rich's team was very proffesional and did the removal within the thin budget i had avalible. Thanks Rich."

"Overall service was good. They were prompt, responsive and professional. However, the price seemed a bit high for what was delivered. I still didn't know where the mold toxin issue stemmed from. I was instructed to hire a restoration company. The company I called wanted to do there own mold test before addressing an issue."

"Pure Home me ayudo con mi protecto de mold. Quito todo y lo puso como nuevo."
