"We were extremely pleased with our service from Air Specialties. I called Kevin after noticing mold on the registers in my daughters room. He was out within a few days and provided an estimate for the job. While he was there he did an amazing job explaining the process and I knew if I hired him it would be done the right way. His team did a great job cleaning and removing the mold in our air ducts and trunk lines which was shown to me in pictures and videos that Kevin took. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up after the work was complete (it was cleaner than before they arrived). "I was first impressed when the owner, Mr Rankin , answered the phone within 2 rings. After explaining what i was looking for , Mr Rankin explained in detail what his company could do as far as duct cleaning of my HVAC system. He was forthright and knowledgeable and answered all my questions regarding his company's reputation and experience. Immediately after our conversation he emailed me a very detailed quite and his company insurance documentation. My appointment was made., and he texted me the names of the technicians. They arrived on time, equipped with booties to wear thru out the house. The work performed took about 4 hours from start to finish. Mr Rankin's techs were extremely polite and very respectful . They also took their tome cleaning up after themselves. We have noticed an immediate improvement, so much so i was considering replacing HVAC unit before i met Mr Rankin. Now the unit is working as it should and my entire hone is very comfotable.
