They were even able to transfer me directly to Biocide, whose representative then recommended a high-priced do-it-yourself kit. While the products recommended seem effective, I chose to have my ducts professionally cleaned. Mold Test Company provided lab results of their testing but could not tell me where their sample were taken, and they did not provide photos of actual mold in my house."

Well... we found mold in the ducts. When Gary popped open the supply box, he found a replaceable filter we didn't even know existed, that had fallen through, not filtering anything.
