"I am in a rental and the property management used MSE which I never would have hires. Bruce from A+ tech was an absolute gem of compassion, suggestions and referral s. I spoke with him several times and he even offered to double check my property because I felt MSE did not do inspection properly. He guided me to Rudd Environmental for the my specific situation. He was honest and so kind. I wanted to give him the work but property mgmt had their own plan, one that only protects them..not the tenant s . I found it o be so inhumane of my landlord. We found , thru A+ Pro tech, Bruce's help...that we actually have toxic black mold..and MSE nor property management would never gave us any results.they refused. Thank you Bruce and Bob A+pro tech and Rudd Environmental for getting me the truth and helping protect me and my family. They honestly cared! God bless you!"

"James is awesome! When I first thought I had a mold problem, I wasn't sure what to do; and my landlords were dismissive of my suspicions. I hired James' company to take a mold test, and he ended up taking on the job from start to finish.. He went above and beyond, and I am so grateful for his help!"

"Excellent customer service, very responsive.. We're still in the process of evaluating what might need to be done, but Adolfo left clear instructions for what I need to do to prepare for final inspection. If, as I suspect, there is a problem with the air quality in our home, I won't hesitate to hire them."
