Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Lecompton, KS

"I had mold and it was above my cleaning grade. The owner was sent to come and evaluate and give an estimate. He was very honest and professional. Awesome personality he also had a second guy with him. He explained the issue and what it would take to resolve it. He also recommended mold and asbestos testing. I had the home tested so he was able to be better ready to get things clean and resolved. It is a serious problem to have. I'm grateful and appreciate the services provided in the home. He has home care recommendations for us to know how to maintain the services he provided. I can't express the professionalism and care this company has provided."

"Greg was knowledge and very friendly in explaining how to remediate and clean the mold. Also prompt in answering questions and attending calls. I definitely hire Mold Test Company in the future."

"We knew we likely had radon issues because the realtor told us the reading was 16. Midwest confirmed with their tests that it was 14. I engage them as the least expensive of the full service, reputable, radon mitigation services in the area. Our home has two crawlspaces separated by a finished basement so it created a problem for the budget services like the Radon SWAT Team. The fact that they would not even send someone out to estimate suggested that they were going to be less effective at dealing with my issues. Midwest came out on a couple of different occasions because of the delay that we had in committing to the treatment. They also were willing to spend a lot of time with me trying to design a system that would be low profile and as well as effective. I was very pleased to see them try to keep our expense as little as possible and not install two systems. I was also pleased that they were did willing to do the extra work to put the fan in the attic above the garage and virtually eliminate any signs of active treatment. They were flexible in their scheduling and brought out a crew of three to do the work. They were fast and efficient and were able to be in and out of our home that day. They wanted to determine if the initial system was adequate to lower the reading over all before considering installing a secondary system. Thankfully, their multi-day analysis showed a level of one. I confirmed it several weeks later by ordering a test online that also came back as one. While the $2645 that we spent was a lot, we no longer have to worry about radon or its impact on the salability of the house."

"Quick response to my call about possible mold & next day service to treat the mold. Had contact with three employees and they were all courteous and professional"

"I noticed mold on our air vents after living in our house for about 9 months. Nez and her team were very quick to come out and test our air. Pete was very knowledgeable and helped us understand why this was happening. They helped us set up an air duct cleaning before they did the fog treatment. They also helped us find a roofing company to help with ventilation to prevent mold from coming back. They were awesome to work with, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone."

"not sure of "value for money". Not able to compare with other contractors. $175 for test. Over $800.00 to remove carpet and asbestos laden underlayment. underlayment adhered to subfloor (plywood)."

"Excellent in every way. Cleaning an elderly hoarders house was overwhelming in many ways. After finally finding the floor through junk, trash, pet stains, mice, spiders and even a snake, the carpet was filthy and had never been professionally cleaned. The service person was compassionate, kind, and professional and went beyond the call of duty for which I am forever grateful. I’m still surprised at how well the carpet cleaned up against the odds!"

"They were professional and quick to set up the service. The employee was knowledgeable and helped us understand the process and results."

"He's has a far price and will help you to work with you. Excellent service the best I seen in along time."
