"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

"Dave knew I was concerned about toxic mold ~ I had flooding damage and I was having nose bleeds. He was so kind about my plight and fit me in very quickly. He took air samples, swabs for mold, and a sample for asbestos testing. I got all the answers I needed in a timely manner. He explained parts of the process that might interest me in my specific situation. He was so respectful and understanding regarding my stress and anxiety over my rental unit. I donâ t see any possible reason why I would use anybody except Dave if I need these services again. I highly recommend him. You cannot go wrong with Dave. Thank you, Dave, for being so helpful during such a hard time."

"We had a great experience with this company during the purchase of our home. We needed mold testing done quickly, and they were the only company able to provide fast service and quick results. They were professional, responsive, and offered a very fair price. Their reports and documentation were extremely helpful during our home negotiations, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable mold testing services!"

"He was friendly, very professional, and answered all my questions clearly about how mold happens in a home. His reasonable estimate and scope of work. What are the steps for mold remediation? Furthermore, I had delicate items around the work area. He was very successful in making sure that nothing was damaged. "Think floor demolition in a China shop" where none of the dishes gets broken. I highly recommend restoration Hunter if you have to deal with mold in the home."

"Great customer service and great eye for architecture. Jacobs crew is very experienced and take great pride in their work. Arrived early and stayed late including weekends. When issues came up they addressed them without charging more. Very reasonable! Hidden gem in Claremont and surrounding communities. Always recommend to my clients and friends."
