"It went well. The staff came in and boxed up items. It did take a bit to get everything cleaned. However, the staff was very flexible and easy to work with to schedule pick up and drop off times. The entire staff was professional and kind. If I had questions they were quick to respond."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
