He comprehensively and clearly explained the steps of first testing my basement floor for asbestos and what the next steps would entail if abatement proved necessary. Bob also followed up with emails detailing the process as well as photos of what asbestos removal would look like. Once the lab returned with a positive for asbestos, Bob then offered 2 options with the costs for each plus the time it would take to do the job.
