They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
