Nisan and his team expertly removed the entire mold and water-damaged ceiling, then replaced and painted the new ceiling in just a few days. The best part is that I live out of town and he provided me with constant updates to make me feel comfortable about the progress. I would recommend Sunshine Pros to anyone who requires this service."

"I have never met such a professional person as Yoni one of the representatives of this company. He saved me from scamming companies. I provided me with honest answers over the phone. I provided photos of the mold in my home. I look so reluctant to bring people in fearful that they might try to make me pay expensive amount of money. The Yoni, the service rep. was able to provide me with constructive directions. He was very honest from the start, when most companies would have charged me thousands. I strongly recommend this company as a registered nurse I can understand the dangers of Mold in a home. . But is very important to bring your right workers and representatives that are aware of such dangerous conditions. More importantly, you want to hire someone that's honest and kind. I strongly strongly recommend this company, especially Yoni. My God Continue to bless this organization."

"This was a major project - mold, water damage, wall damage, and an entire shower that needed to be replaced because of a leaking pan. I was trying to coordinate this project with Nidal from another country and time zone. Even with that, the ongoing communication with him was constant via phone and What'sAp. As the project moved along, he sent photos. He made numerous recommendations along the way, finished the entire job ahead of schedule, and the total cost was exactly what he quoted, I would highly recommend him."

"Mold Test America was outstanding. I live in Chicago and was requesting Mold Test America to check my Double wide home in Largo, Fla. Dwayne walked me though the procedure and after agreeing to the price and testing, they took care of all the rest. Within 3-4 days they tested my property and sent the tests to a mold laboratory. Within a few days or so I was sent the result per email. Also, within a week I was forwarded a hard copy. Following the results, I followed up with questions via phone. Dwayne walked me through the results and and provided me with advice. All in all---an outstanding company and I personally recommend Mold Test America."
