"Jim was great! He came to inspect our new house for mold and give advice on cleaning the air. While using his infra red gadget he found several spots throughout our duct work with leaks of cold air. After cutting out a wall to explore we found the main trunk of the duct work was disconnected! We added insulation to all the areas he saw the leaks and now itâ s a brisk 74° in the house! This saved us thousands of dollars because we were ready to get a new AC system!"

""I had a great experience with Water Floods Restoration, LLC for my residential mold inspection. The inspector, Oded Fahima, was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained the process clearly, from the initial inspection to the lab results. The final report was easy to understand and gave me the information I needed to move forward. I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with mold concerns in their home"."

"It was very good. They were timely. They did a good job. They have a reasonable price."

"There is a lot of uncertainty of what gets cleaned and how and if everything in the condo gets cleaned or just the items showing mold. You are told because the AC was running that mold fibers are everywhere but yet not everything in the unit gets cleaned. Like I said that creates some uncertainty. Overall, you have to take the word of the company and after it is finished make sure you wash all your soft goods, bedding towels, etc. Also, wash all of your kitchen items and clothes. The work has been done now for a couple of weeks and we are not sensing any effects of mold."

"Their mold remediation process is less expensive than traditional mold remediation. It dramatically reduces the amount of materials that must be removed, which in turn greatly reduces the replacement costs"

"They did a thorough analysis and sent the report exactly when promised. We were relieved to know it was not black mold."

"Went over and above and was the most responsive knowledgeable expert I’ve ever dealt with. He did the work right the first time. He delivered. I’d most definitely use him again"
