"Ontime, explained process, explained test results that were very detailed. Gave some options for remediation work. Listened to our concerns and answered questions. Came away feeling positive about experience. Cost was average for services."

"Richard Gray and his daughter Jayce, also a certified environmentalist, were punctual for our appointment and very thorough with sample testing and air quality testing. They were very patient in explaining their process and answered all my questions without hesitation. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking air quality testing and mold abatement."

"The inspector was professional and thorough. The report was timely and the company's representative called me to explain the results of the test. I've emailed him to request clarifications and am awaiting his reply. The only negative thing is that after our telephone conversation he transferred me to a 3rd party company who markets mold removal services. The rep there tried to sell me his product. I didn't buy it yet."

"Efficient and did job properly"

"We were very happy with the services provided by T.L. Solutions & Services LLC. They were extremely prompt, professional, and did a fabulous job with the mold remediation at our resident’s home. We truly appreciated their excellent work and responsiveness. I would highly recommend T.L. Solutions & Services to anyone , and I would absolutely use them again anytime!"

"Peter knows what he is doing & made very good suggestions. For 1st phase I am doing the work myself. If that does not mitigate well, then I will be using him."

"Dropped off an asbestos sample for testing and got a response in 2 days"

"I own a rental property in Elk Grove, but live out of state. I needed someone to address a potential mold issue in the rental property and needed someone that could handle that and work with my tenant given I could not be there. I found Curtis to be professional and very courteous. He handled my needs quickly and effectively and I would highly recommend his service to anyone."

"Certified-Environmental was highly recommended by a company I've used and trusted in the past (Pacific Reconstruction, INC) when I used them to remediate some water related damage. The post 'clean-up' required hiring a company that was highly knowledgeable and experienced in quality air testing in order to make sure the remediation efforts had effectively addressed all issues. Pacific Reconstruction provided the contact info for Certified-Environmental and let's say it was the BEST CALL I could have made!! Mr Richard Gray provided me with a detailed description of what needed to take place and the reasons for the extensive testing. He was highly informative, but also made it a point to patiently translate the detailed complicated terminology for my layman's understanding. I am so grateful to have found Certified - Environmental Inc as they are EXTREMELY well versed and knowledgeable in what is a highly technical and scientific arena. Richard Gray and his partner/daughter Jayce, are an EXCEPTIONAL TEAM ... I've used their services a few times now and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their company."

"I called Mr. Standish at the last minute, and he was able to fit me in. He explained everything in advance, and I was able to check out his website and a sample report, which really helped. He arrived promptly, and did a very thorough job in every part of the house, including the roof and the crawlspace. His report arrived via email first, which was fantastic! I also received a beautiful bound report in color, with all the problems spelled out, which helped when I was having the repair work done. In addition to all this, I feel I received a very fair price, especially for the services performed. Mr Standish was also very responsive to my phone calls, when I had a few questions for clarification after I received the report. All in all, it was hassle-free and I would and do recommend Standish Inspections to my friends and family."
