Omar, explained the whole process, as well as identified cause and advised on preventive measures going forward. Brooke worked directly with our assessor and insurance and adjuster over the course of several months, keeping me updated throughout and making sure we got everything covered in the claim. They were very transparent on their scope and broke down their pricing, which my other original bids did not. I would recommend them to anyone with water damage and mold issues. When we were not sure if the claim would be covered, they were willing to work with us on the cost- though thankfully they wound up getting it covered for us! They answered all questions and really helped explain possibilities up front and gave us idea on price if mold was found under floors and behind our walls, not just the mold that was seen during assessment and estimate. They stayed in touch over the course of months during this process, when others told us it would not be covered and did not want to do the extra leg work.
