"The tester was well versed in this area even showing the areas that were high in moisture. Very friendly and informative as well as professional. Made me comfortable with the experience she had. When the owner and maintenance worker failed she made me comfortable. Fae who had the credentials as well experience explained everything in detail. Definitely use Fae!!!"

"Noah was very helpful and understanding. I've never had an emergency issue like this, so it was nice to be reassured that they were going to handle it. They worked with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. I'm very happy with the work that was done."

"Salvador was responsive, pleasant and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain everything. I would recommend his services"

"I had a great experience with Precision Mold Removal. From the initial inspection through the completion of the work, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the remediation process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right and don't cut corners. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. If you're looking for a trustworthy mold remediation company, I highly recommend Precision Mold Removal. Excellent service and a team that genuinely cares about their customers."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

"SavOn/Ivan came out immediately and tested the area in question. I had mold in my dining room ceiling, not airborne thank God; but mold none the less needing remediation. SavOn completed the remediation in about 4 days and were very thorough, professional and attentive. Taylor in the office and Ivan in the field provided excellent service. SavOn was a little pricey but not as astronomical as the other companies. My project is not yet completed due to a lack of funds on my part but the cosmetic repairs will be completed soon and I'll keep you posted on the progress. Angel A"

"Our carpet was filthy, 5 kids under age 8 so imagine. Robert and his partner cleaned the carpets and they looked so clean and smelled so fresh! They were very friendly and professional! Definitely recommend them and we will call again for future services!"

"He is very committed, price was good, very knowledgeable and I would recommend him to others."
