"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

The only issue I had which may not even be Absolute Clean's issue but it was expensive for the test. They send the tests off to a third company to give you the results. It was a quick process and easy to understand the results. It just seemed pretty expensive for a test. I would have hated to have actually had mold that needed to be removed. However, I recommend this company for quick testing and results."

"I called Summit Environmental Services, Inc, (after I had worked with another company that I had received a referral from through Home Advisor). I spoke with Jeff, the owner of Summit and told him the problems that I was having. He called someone who was already out working in the field. Jordan came to our house that afternoon and took the needed samples. Stated that he would get the results of the samples early the next week. He also spoke to another person referred by them for mold remediation. That person spoke with us and stated that as soon as he got the results, he would do what was necessary to remove the mold.
