Mold was literally hanging from the beams like spider webs. Michael and Suzy are really nice people and Michael explains things very well. Very important to me was that my 2 dogs would be safe and treated kindly (they can be pesky sometimes). One dog is very wary of strangers. Both dogs took to Michael right away!
