"Exceptional service. Repeat customer who gets mold testing done for peace of mind. Always professional with quick same day service. Highly recommend."

"Very Good at getting right back to you and setting up appointment and providing a quote regarding the cost. The cost of the repair was a little more than what I was expecting but I do not have any idea what the cost for radon protection would be. Their professionalism and service is very good. If the system lasts as they stated then it is well worth the investment."

"He was great! I didn't have mold but he came by to inspect the problem. He was great!"

"Silver Environmental saw us through a major undertaking of asbestos, vermiculite and mold abatement of a very old house. They were both professional and kind. They kept us up-to-date on their progress and kept on working every day. They included pictures and explained the process throughout. They were careful of the house and left it amazingly clean after they had completed the work. Even our contractor was impressed!"

"John was great, came to inspect our home in Rochester and was professional and had every piece of equipment you could need to give us a detailed look into our house. Even when the seller made a mistake on the sewer and water system types John helped us test both and went above and beyond. Cannot recommend enough if you want a the best and safest bet for an inspection!"

"We had a pipe burst in our basement when the temps dipped super low. After drying it out as a precaution we hired them to come test to make sure we did a thorough job. They used water detection tools and thermal imaging to see any water damage or water that was still present. Thankfully there wasn’t nor was their mold! When it comes to water damage and mold in your home - peace of mind is priceless!"

"We were in a very serious spot. My mother was ill and coming home to a damaged home due to no fault of her own. She had been trying to get help but as an elderly woman not much success. When we discovered her plight we contacted Jim from New England Decon and were immediately impressed and we did speak to 2 other firms however no one topped this company. They were professional, prompt, informed, concerned and got to work right away to solving our problems."

"Dillon was exceptional! He laid an extremely high quality 2 layer vapor barrier under my manufactured home and I couldn't be happier! He was punctual, extremely polite, and very skilled! He's tops in my book."
