"Our cleaner Stephan was very professional, nice and informative. He even installed a special blue light with our system to prevent mold.... the same day. Would definitely recommend. The price went up because we opted to have mold cleaning and light installed. But very needed service. The price started around $240.00."

"Daniel was great to work with. He called when he said he would. He showed up for the testing on time. Explained what he was doing. He did a very thorough check for moisture behind the walls and air samples where needed. He really showed that he knows what he is doing. If I ever need a mold inspection done again I ll be calling Rudd to do it."

"Bruce arrived on time for his estimate and scheduled the work within a week. The work was done when promised and for the amount of the estimate. The basement was completely cleaned out and treated. He was onsite with his crew when I showed up unexpectedly to talk with him about the work. They left the area impeccably clean. This was such a great experience for me! I highly recommend Mid-Atlantic Mold and Restoration services."

"5 stars from start to finish. Nikki the scheduler/admin was very kind and patient in getting the details of my basement layout and communicated with owner John to ensure the correct diagnosis and remedy for my situation. I thought that I needed to have my crawl space encapsulated ($$$), but turns out that a remediation system in my utility room was the solution. The team arrived on time for install and took great care to put it in the least intrusive area of the room. Even though it required moving and replacing shelving. They also positioned the exterior vent pipe and fan in a place that wasn’t an eyesore. They also went above and beyond by recognizing and sealing a large gap in the foundation slab. Super clean and quality work. Unbelievable value. Couldn’t be happier."

"Very friendly and professional. The Representative was very knowledgeable about mold, listened to my concern and was very patient while helping me to gain some piece of mind."

"fantastic customer service. responsive, professional, made it really easy. it's customer service that sets a company apart. these guys have it."
