I got many quotes, but Milton was the only contractor who took the time to explain the whole process of asbestos removal to me, including the state and federal laws and required 3rd party air testing to ensure the job was done correctly. His price was also very competitive, and his timeline for completing the job was catered to my schedule. His crew came and did many hours of jobsite setup, then the removal and testing the following days. He showed up exactly when he said he would, and communicated with me through the whole process so that i was aware at all times of what was happening in my home. I was completely satisfied with the job. Milton is an excellent contractor, and communicates well. He took the anxiety and fear out of the word "Asbestos". I have complete confidence in his work, and I would hire him again without thinking twice.

I highly recommend Connecticut Lead Services. I needed their help for an inspection. They were referred by a friend that used them in the past. They returned my initial call right away and scheduled an inspection on the next business day, they actually shuffled their schedule to help me. Dave and Brian did a thorough job and educated me on how lead was used in older houses. They were really patient with my questions and took their time to do an excellent job. It is clear that their first concern was safety of the people in the house. I will definitely call them for my next project.

I 100% recommend S&B Environmental. Vernon was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. In the middle of a stressful process where we needed urgent help with an asbestos situation, he came through for us with five stars!

We were given a complete picture of our basement issues and we relieved that we don't immediately have to do remediation but could deal with the moisture and mold spores by purchasing a more powerful dehumidifier and unit to deal with the spores although we will have to deal with where the water is coming in during heavy rain.
