"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

The owner came out that afternoon and was on time, was very courteous and professional. I was immediately impressed with the time he spent to examine everything carefully, taking notes. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them--he was very knowledgeable. He sketched out how he would design the system, which I liked. Within a few hours of his visit, he emailed me a proposal and called to see if I had any questions. His price was in line with the other estimates I got and I decided to go with AES because I could tell by how thoroughly he examined and explained everything that he'd do a good job, and he did. He showed up on time and worked very hard installing the system. He did an outstanding job, cleaned everything up thoroughly and I couldn't have asked for more.
