"Mold testing was thorough but do not let them sell you on their remediation do-it-yourself kit without knowing exactly what you are paying for. The kit is non-refundable and sold by a separate company. They do not tell you that. They transfer you to who you think is another employee to advise about remediation and they are actually transferring you to a completely different company. I was very disappointed when I learned all that. That company does not send out an itemized list of what you paid for unless you ask for it. It has been four days and after spending close to two thousand dollars I have yet to know what I bought."

He is very personable. The project took about 2.5 hours. The workers did a good job of hauling away the debris and cleaning up. Still a lot of dust but I expected that. On the customer service side, I spoke several times with Shelby. She is terrific customer service person. The estimator was Steve Cole. He clearly explained what needed to be done and was very patient with me as I asked numerous questions. He too was very professional and personable. I rated the quality of work 4.0 but really have nothing to compare it with. I would rate the quality 5.0 if it stops the leak forever but forever is a long time. Value for the money? I gave it a 3.0 because I really have nothing to compare it with. Premier was the only contractor who made a bid on the project. Their work is guaranteed which sold me on having them do the project vs me doing it myself."
