The back office crew was equally oppressive in assisting me with documentation billing etc. as were the gentlemen who showed up to do the abatement work. They were neat and meticulous, showed up when they said they were going to show and did a great job cleaning out not only the asbestos but contaminated wood and materials. "I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
