I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. There was no way I could install my new floor without the help of Pure Maintenance of Orange County. I highly recommend this professional company on many fronts. This pure maintenance technology beats wet fogging hands down! Do your own research. My independent lab air test at the end of the job came back, zero mold on all the different species tested. This 2 step processed, coating everything in such a way that any outdoor mold or left over construction dust under my baseboards is coated so mold can't regrow.
