The workers were courteous, professional, and hard working. George said that they would begin on a Tuesday ,and be done by Friday ,and thats exactly how it went. In addition to remediating the mold, they removed the ceiling sheetrock in 3 rooms. The cleanup and removal of the sheetrock was seemless. George worked hand in hand with my insurance company , and we were able to get reimbursed for the whole project. "They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."
