I rated the quality of work 4.0 but really have nothing to compare it with. I would rate the quality 5.0 if it stops the leak forever but forever is a long time. Value for the money? I gave it a 3.0 because I really have nothing to compare it with. Premier was the only contractor who made a bid on the project. Their work is guaranteed which sold me on having them do the project vs me doing it myself."
