"Provided excellent information regarding the different types of mold, the different life safety hazards of certain molds. Even went above and beyond by returning to the Show Low area to do underneath the home and discovered Aspergillus, a very toxic mold."

"This is my first time leaving a review for a company as I've never felt the need to, but using Pacific Environmental I feel I should share with my home owners. My husband and I bought out first home which we love but a room had acoustic ceiling. I reach out to PEAS, which everyone in the office was very helpful and patient on guiding me through this experience. Their scheduling was amazing as I was dealing with Closing Escrow and moving my family in. Once they arrived, they informed me on the scope of work and what they would be doing and what to expect, this being my 8-year-old son room so I was a bit worried on hazardous material that was being removed and used. CONTAINMENT WAS AMAZING! I was so happy and felt so safe on how they kept the area and the protection they took to take care of my family and themselves. My kids thought the crew looked pretty cool too, haha. CLEANING WAS AMAZING! Work was conducted upstairs and they went the extra mile and cleaned everything they touched, I really appreciate that, as it again made me feel secure and safe. PEAS left a memorial memory our kids still talk about. I strongly recommend them and would use them again."

"Went well. Pro was very informative and clear. Would recommend for suspected mold issue."

"I had a water leak in my office bathroom and I called Homquest. They came and assessed the damage and guided me on how to mitigate the mold. I have allergies so I needed to make sure there were no mold spores circulating the air. I would recommend them for mold testing!"

"I am giving ExpressDry a 5.0 rating because they deserve it. They showed up on Thanksgiving week, great customer service, a big THANK YOU to Moy Munoz for making us feel like we were more than just a customer, i genuinely feel he wanted nothing but the best for us. He was quick to answer questions, explained the process in detail, his workers that came out and did the whole mitigation was awesome. They came in and got it done without any complications. Fast response, professional, quick, clean, friendly, helpful, I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you so much for all your hard work!"

"Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."

"I had a great experience with Precision Mold Removal. From the initial inspection through the completion of the work, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. They took the time to explain the remediation process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. You can tell they take pride in doing the job right and don't cut corners. The entire process was smooth, and I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. If you're looking for a trustworthy mold remediation company, I highly recommend Precision Mold Removal.
