They came out and inspected the basement (prior to the purchase of the cottage in Westport), gave us a detailed proposal, showed up exactly when they promised, did the work (2.5 days) in a thorough and professional manner, and left the basement in clean condition (as spotless as a basement can be!). The crew members were polite and easy to work with, keeping us informed about the status and progress. The owner has been helpful with questions I've had (unrelated to the mold abatement).
