"HomeAdvisor matched One Reef, LLC 's services to my needs. They were responsive, explained the remediation process and time frame, began the work timely, finished ias quickly as they estimated they would, and successfully met the state inspector's standards for removing the mold and asbestos in my home. I recommend them without hesitation."

"Technician came out and was professional and helpful. Technician explained to me the process of what he would be doing. Happy with the service."

"IAQM up and down the line were polite, professional, responsive, thorough, did quality work, and were reasonably priced. Can't ask for much more from a contractor. We had Jack-And-Jill bathroom with a bath/toiled common area and a bathtub with a leaky drain. Water accumulation caused mold to grow under the tub and up two of the three alcove walls and into one of the side rooms. They came out and quoted the work, gave us a work plan, followed it to a 'T', then gave us some hints on things we could do during the rebuild. Their work passed post-inspection on the first pass. Very helpful."

"I spoke with a few other companies but Ali had the best customer service. He answered all my questions, always responded promptly and politely. I felt really confident in his hands. He made sure to get me on the schedule quickly and his team was able to remove the asbestos safely from my house. His team was prompt and also polite. They answered my questions and were responsible. Payment was seamless and fair."

"Completed mold inspection satisfactorily. However does charge extra for mold protocol report"

"Tate showed up and was very professional. We purchased an older home and was about to renovate it. We wanted the house tested to see if we needed to do any mold remediation."

Jesse was very good at keeping contact with me and help coordinate his team to work around my schedule. I will definitely recommend his services to anyone that needs asbestos removal like mine."
