"The services rendered we're actually better than expected. We called because the basement was flooded and had standing water for a period of time and we suspected mold had started to build. Max (the owner/team leader) came out, inspected the basement and reported his findings to us, which ended up being worse than we had anticipated (mold and ASBESTOS). He explained how his crew would rid us of the situation and we agreed. The team was able to start the four day project two days earlier than expected and instead of a four day project they completed the work in two days. They did an amazing job! The basement is now dry, mold and asbestos free! It look like a brand new basement. They had the dumpster brought in and threw out the furniture etc that was in the basement and left no debris behind. When asked if we would use their services again, that would be an absolute YES! We are already making plans to make more changes to the home and Environmental Service Corp is at the top of our calling list. I recommend you give them a call for big or small jobs. "Mike & his team were FANTASTIC, professional, & easy to work with. Our contractor found asbestos in the basement tile & said I needed to remediate it before they can go any further with my flooring project. Naturally I went into panic & called several companies. When I spoke with Mike he eased any concern I had and was very thorough and explained all of my options. He also was able to come out right away and get a crew in my house that very weekend and have it removed in a day (talk about great customer service). The day of my scheduled appointment the crew showed up and not only were they professional, they walked me thru the entire process and called me throughout the day to inform me of their progress. Once they were complete they air tested the area to ensure it was safe for my family & I to return home. Before we got home they cleaned their entire working area as if they were never here. They also walked me thru the area and WOW-WOW-WOW! The floor looked incredible! They also provided an in depth report of the remediated tested area. Their pricing was competitive from other quotes I received but I honestly think it was pricey for time spent and what they do. But like I said the price was pretty standard from the companies I called, in my opinion. But the technician was attentive and knowledgeable, and friendly."
