"This company was a life saver! I got 4 quotes and I am so happy I chose quality 1. Yoni and his team did an amazing job and went above and beyond from the start! I was pretty scared after discovering mold in my home but thankfully they really helped me through it! I don’t write a lot of reviews but I can honestly say that Yoni earned it in every way. I am so thankful and I 100% recommend Quality 1 for mold remediation work ."

"What this company did for us was inform us of the dangers of having the level of mold within our home and guided us to a level of safety. As hard as it may have sounded and looked, the saying goes " If it seems too good to be true, it isn't. But for this company, it was true to believe how hard they worked to remove the mold and dangers from our home. They informed us of every step they took and then some. One other thing that truly made a world of difference, " The removal of mold and everything related to making mold grow out of control was immediately removed to stop the growth to continue to grow to the level of high danger. When my wife and I were not familiar with how much danger were in, they informed us of how much danger we could be in by staying in the home. They informed us of how long this job would take, and they were right on the target completion. I highly recommend this company for this kind of work. We had another company before this one and they put us in more danger you can imagine , I fired them after 6 weeks of no shows and leaving the mold level to continue to grow, leaving the condition of the mold to grow and destroying our home. Thank you " Mold Services Unlimited " for your professional services."

"Fast and friendly service is right!!"

"Jeff was great! We hired Spanos Environmental for a pre-purchase mold test/inspection of a condo. We just wanted to ensure that there wasn't any mold present in the walls, etc. Jeff conducted the inspection that included taking some samples that will be sent to a lab for testing."

"Patrick was very honest and helpful and he was able to even help me figure out locations and seal for the leak that caused my mold buildup."

"Rick did a fantastic job. He came November 2025 and removed mold from the ducts. He even washed all the a/c vents. We now have clean air, no mold and our home doesn’t even need to be dusted. Yippee . He guarantees his work for 1 year and will return to be sure mold is history. We highly recommend Rick. He deserves 5 stars and more. Fred"
