"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."

"We hired Jeff to give us pre and post mold remediation air quality tests, and I am so glad we did. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and had no conflict of interest on the outcome of the results since we had a different company doing the remediation. We actually had to go back to the mold remediation company when his air quality report did not pass clearance, and he was our chief advocate in getting the company to come back and do further remediation. "The provider was extremely professional.  He did two chimney's although I had originally only indicated service for 1 as well as did the tuck pointing for the one fireplace. 
He walked me through in detailed all of the steps and reviewed with me all of the changes that they made and the service and additional costs were clearly indicated prior to work being completed. 
After cleaning the chimney they clean up their mess and the one chimney that was in the basement had concrete dust from a sump pump I had put in and they cleaned that up too. 
Additionally, he went back and corrected something he did not find to his standard even though I don't know that I would have noticed. 
I would definitely recommended him to others.

"K&E was very responsive to my request through Angi and came the same day (a Saturday) to review the work. He gave a reasonable estimate and completed the work the following Monday. I really appreciated the quick turnaround. However, he did not provide the contractcertifications and company info prior to coming to do the work as he said. He was not responsive to my emails and text messages about the contract and work start due to bad weather. Clean up was pretty good, but I did find chipped paint debris when I expected to all of that vacuumed away. That's why I gave a 4 point rating rather than a 5. I will not need to hire again because the lead and asbestos have been abated and there is no need for further work."
