"Jim was great! He came to inspect our new house for mold and give advice on cleaning the air. While using his infra red gadget he found several spots throughout our duct work with leaks of cold air. After cutting out a wall to explore we found the main trunk of the duct work was disconnected! We added insulation to all the areas he saw the leaks and now itâ s a brisk 74° in the house! This saved us thousands of dollars because we were ready to get a new AC system!"

"When reaching out on Home Advisor, Water Floods Restoration was the first company to respond, and very quickly, I might add! Amongst the many issues at my momâ s house, tackling the black mold problem, due to a leaky roof, was at the top of the list. David and his team did everything and then some to remedy the mold and improve her living area. David was great to work with. He held true to everything we discussed and was open to additional requests. His talented team did excellent work and they treated my 95-year old mom with kindness and care. I highly recommend this company. We are very pleased with the results."

""I had a great experience with Water Floods Restoration, LLC for my residential mold inspection. The inspector, Oded Fahima, was extremely professional, punctual, and thorough. He took the time to answer all my questions and explained the process clearly, from the initial inspection to the lab results. The final report was easy to understand and gave me the information I needed to move forward. I highly recommend their services for anyone dealing with mold concerns in their home"."

"Working with Juan and his team at Medina Environmental was hands down the easiest and most painless process for getting work done on a house I've ever had. Juan was incredibly responsive to all of my questions related to the work they were doing, timelines, and even some questions about other work I needed done on the house that technically were out of the scope of our agreement. He was patient with all of my questions, and very helpful. It's clear that Juan really understands his craft, as he is able to succinctly explain all aspects of all the work to be done in a way that is understandable by people who are not in the industry. This is a clear indication that he and his team are professional and knowledgeable. I was educated fully on the process of removal and informed that there would be a 10-day waiting period after the removal had been filed. This gave me peace of mind to have a clear understanding of the start and end dates. The work was done quickly, by the time promised, and all the deliverables outlined in the summary of work were completed to my satisfaction. Once the job was completed, Juan ensured I quickly received the manifest to prove that the asbestos was disposed of properly and in accordance with regulation. I would recommend his team, and I will definitely utilize them on any project going forward that has services in the scope of their skill sets."

"I cannot even begin to express how amazing this business was! My husband and I were being tossed into the fire as first time home buyers. We had just bought a home that violently began showing signs of water damage and led to an over growth of toxic molds. We were having to live in our home for two months straight with active mold spores floating throughout and into our lungs. After finding that our insurance were not covering a penny we became panicked and scared for our safety as well as our fur babies. After coming into contact with A+, we were nervous that we would once again be dismissed/ taken advantage of/ or be quoted amounts that would cause us to become absolutely broke. But, none of this happened! Emily was our first encounter with A+. Not only does her sweet and kind voice set the tone for the remainder of time that you work with them, but she almost ALWAYS answered the phone. If by some chance she was not able to answer at that very moment, she would call you right back. She even asked us if we wanted anything to eat when she took her coworkers lunch orders. She was very patient with us and willing to answer any questions we had. Our second encounter was the gentleman who came to test the mold. I am so sorry we cant remember your name! he was an absolute joy to be around! He was very clear, to the point and honest throughout the whole process! Not one question was to difficult for him! When he didnâ t know he was very straight foreword and did not give any guessing answers if they were outside his realm. We received our results very fast which leads me to the owner. The owner seriously called and explained every detail on the mold report! He even came on site to work when we chose to use them further for the remediation! We were so excited when the day they came for them to remove the mold so we could breath! They had already given us a quote so we knew what to expect prior to them coming and they stood by it! They were much cheaper than any other competitor and even have a warranty! They tore up our floors, dried them out and fogged my ENTIRE home! The whole house and in my hvac vents! They even came back and tested the air again to make sure all of the mold was gone. Yall when I tell you they were so clear, precise, honest and kind I mean that. I pray to god that I never have to go through this again. But if I EVER had to, I would not ever miss the chance to utilize A+ restorations again. Do yourself a favor, if you ever find yourself in our predicament. Dont waist your time with anyone else. It takes to much time, many blowoffs and lost money. We were so very blessed to have met this team and very grateful to be able to breath light and healthy air once again! Thank you A+!"

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."

"Excellent communication! Test results showed very high mold and a rare one. We did not buy condo due to this mold inspection."
