"The tester was well versed in this area even showing the areas that were high in moisture. Very friendly and informative as well as professional. Made me comfortable with the experience she had. When the owner and maintenance worker failed she made me comfortable. Fae who had the credentials as well experience explained everything in detail. Definitely use Fae!!!"

"I thought the service was great, but I didn't like the lab report I received, because it didn't have enough details about the lab."

"I am giving ExpressDry a 5.0 rating because they deserve it. They showed up on Thanksgiving week, great customer service, a big THANK YOU to Moy Munoz for making us feel like we were more than just a customer, i genuinely feel he wanted nothing but the best for us. He was quick to answer questions, explained the process in detail, his workers that came out and did the whole mitigation was awesome. They came in and got it done without any complications. Fast response, professional, quick, clean, friendly, helpful, I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you so much for all your hard work!"

"Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."

"Did mold testing services for an apartment building."

"Showed up and completed on time. The price was reasonable and workers cleaned up all the areas. I did not have to ask any questions or request. I highly recommend to anyone who needs an abatement services."

"Nobody wants to hear that your house has asbestos, that being said if you have to get the news, it should be from him. David exceeded our expectations every step of the way. Let us know when he was coming, was super quiet when he saw my babies sleeping, and got back to us faster than expected. When he notified us that our house has asbestos he gave me a plethora of information on next steps for my project. If I ever have to go through this again or if someone I know needs this service, I would 1000% recommend Vector."
