The home inspector did not see any evidence of possible mold at the house, so we did not schedule a mold test. This showed me that---by turning down a request for a mold inspection with ASAP until the home inspector's evaluation---they have the integrity to walk away from an appointment request from a ready, willing, and able customer until there is reasonable evidence there could be mold at a property. This took money out of ASAP's pockets, and kept that money in the pockets of my buyers. I have hired ASAP many times before and since this episode.
