"I called to get a quote on basement mold remediation. They arrived the same day I called, and 2 workers showed up on time to do a walk thorough of my basement. They did not try to sell me on services I did not need and in fact, gave me tips on how I could do the mold remediation as a DIY project. They were professional and honest ... values you do not see in many contractors these days."

"Orellana gave me a free estimate for what I speculated was a mold issue. After in depth investigation, it turns out the problem was a water-surround issue instead, meaning I did not need a mold removal service. It is unfortunate I could not use the Orellana service as his prompt, “free estimate” meeting revealed a professional, receptive, informative manager who negotiated competitive prices. He and his phone staff were very user friendly."

"Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow."
