Get matched with top mold and asbestos pros in Valley Village, CA

"William and his team did asbestos testing of two floors and drywall in our home. William patiently answered all my questions prior to being hired, helping me understand the process. They arrived on time and were friendly and helpful. The work was completed quickly and was reasonably priced. We did both the initial testing, and the follow up testing on the samples that came back positive but below 1%. Only reason they didn't get five starts was they were a day late in sending results for the follow up testing (they had them but needed a reminder text to send them over, but did so quickly in response to my inquiry). I would work with them again in the future."

"Iâ m very satisfied with my consultation."

"Customer service was excellent and service was on time/efficient. Pricing was competitive as well."

"Geoffrey was great, he was very responsive, made himself available the very next day due to our urgency, and communicated all the information we needed to know and the updates along the way. He tested our new home for asbestos as well as lead paint. The value was worth the money, we now have our peace of mind about our new home and we would highly recommend Geoffreyâ s services to anyone else!"

"Our attic developed mold after years of small roof leaks that we kept patching temporarily. LeakSafe Homes handled the mold remediation in our Calabasas home with incredible professionalism. They removed contaminated insulation, treated the wood framing, and helped us understand how ventilation contributed to the issue. Very knowledgeable company."

"They did great work. Phenomenal company. They were upfront and honest. The price was reasonable."

"They are very patient and helpful. They tested asbestos and created report for me within a week during Christmas. Many thanks to Oren."

"A few months ago I used 911 certified mold testing for my home they were referred to me by my plumber. I had a great experience dealing with this company they were very professional and knowledgeable about mold testing. They were also reasonable in their pricing! I highly recommend using this company for mold testing."

"Alex was great from the first time I called for a quote. I hired Alex and his team for Asbestos Abatement and mold remediation. Alex and his team were professional and were a pleasure to work with. What impressed me the most was their integrity. After their job had been completed there was something our painter pointed out to us that required for them to return and they came back as soon as they could to fix the issue. They were a pleasure to work with and their price was more than fair compared to others."
