Charles helped refer us to an appropriate cleanup service and he devised a work plan that will keep us all safe during cleanup. I can't say enough about Charles's professionalism, devotion to his job, generosity with his time and his expertise."

For example Peter would ask you how many samples would I like to test because each sample goes to the lab and they charge for it. He didn't want me to spend more money than I have too.
