"ASAP has been very quick to respond, and have generally been available to perform inspections on very short notice. When I called them a few years ago to set up a mold inspection to take place at the same time as a buyer's home inspection, they recommended waiting until after the home inspector's evaluation, to see if there was any reason to conduct a follow-up mold test. The home inspector did not see any evidence of possible mold at the house, so we did not schedule a mold test. This showed me that---by turning down a request for a mold inspection with ASAP until the home inspector's evaluation---they have the integrity to walk away from an appointment request from a ready, willing, and able customer until there is reasonable evidence there could be mold at a property. This took money out of ASAP's pockets, and kept that money in the pockets of my buyers. I have hired ASAP many times before and since this episode. Their rapid response, professionalism, and willingness to put consumers' financial interests ahead of their own are three reasons I will continue to recommend them to my buyers and sellers."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
