If you are looking for asbestos removal in an industrial setting or in a complete home renovation, I believe that they would be fine. However, it appears that they lack experience in home owner occupied homes. I was told by the office staff that it was not necessary to remove the ceiling fans as they would be covered by the crew. Prior to the start of their project, I removed the fan blades from the ceiling fans and both bedroom doors to make it easier for the crew. The EC crew did a good job in isolating the two bedrooms that needed the popcorn ceiling removed. However, large holes were left in the bedroom walls, apparently from tearing the plastic sheeting off that had been stapled on to catch the ceiling debris. The fans and smoke detectors had been removed and stored in the closets. The retexture guy came late in the day and did an excellent job but was in was in my home until just after 8 PM. The ceiling painter did not show up when scheduled, like two days late, but did a good job when he finally did come. I repaired the holes in the wall myself. However, when it came time to reinstall the bedroom fans and smoke detectors, I was told that it would be an additional $75.00 for each room! The painter actually face-timed with his cousin, an electrician, to reinstall the ceiling fans and smoke detectors to avoid the additional $150.00 charge."
