Chris provided me with excellent and timely service, educated me throughout the process, and there were no surprises from what he proposed to what was delivered. The pricing was better than any of the other quotes I received and very straightforward. And, only a 24 hour turn around time to get the results report!"

His quote was very reasonable and we felt his company was the best for the job. He and his team were knowledgeable, professional, and worked quickly. The crawl space is now up to code with the correct R-value insulation and vapor barrier. Very pleased. We will certainly recommend J&L Home Improvements and Mitigation Services to others!"

"Mr. Cortez was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He explained the issues, found the source of the problem, and fixed the source. Mr. Cortez is a hard worker and I am super grateful that I hired him. He was on time and willing to explain when I did not understand. The best part of my experience was TC walked me through the issues and pointed out the source so that I was fully aware of what he was doing.
