"I needed multiple repairs on my home after a neighbors tree fell on my house. While checking the damage, the Insurance Inspector noticed mold in my attic unrelated to the tree damage. I had to deal with that as it was not related to the tree damage and it was not covered. I first had another company out for an estimate. They gave me an estimate of $3,500 to remove the mold. They then insisted I needed soffits in my roof and gave me an estimate of $3,500 I found ADS&R on Angieâ s List and decided to call them. Mike came out for the estimate, told me I did not need soffits. Mike even spoke to my Insurance Co to assure them I did not need soffits due to the exhaust fan in my attic. My Insurance Co agreed, sent me documentation as to exclude any future problems. ADS&R only charged me $2,000 to remove the mold. Mike & his team were very professional, timely & excellent. Scott was easy to work with and did a thorough job of removing the mold and then “fogged” the area so anything he missed could be eliminated through the fogger. Of the three companies replying, Indoor Doctor was able to send a tech out the same day to perform inspections, testing and provide answers to my many questions. The tech was very professional, courteous, etc. Indoor Doctors provided an initial quote of $199 for the visit, which only covers the visit and inspection. They break down the separate fees for each test beyond the $199 inspection. There is a separate charge for each sample test. Mold test and allergen test from the same location are considered two tests and charged accordingly. Their pricing was competitive. Their ability to come out the same day was what sold us on Indoor Doctor."

"I thought he did a good job explaining what he did do but very disappointed they didn't explain that you had to pay a lot extra money to actually find out what kind of mold if any you had. The $199.00 fee they only looked for mold & tested the air quality. If they found any mold it cost a lot more to find out what type. He did say we had mold in our crawl space but not what kind, that cost more money. Overall good for what he did do."
